The contemporary caravan is a two bedroom 2 bathroom model which actually sleeps 6 as the living room sofa bed also sleeps two.

Seaview holiday park run a great 11 month season (closes during February) and there are another 16 years left on the pitch licence. Site fees for 2025 are included within the price, but would have been £8,300 as this van is on the premier Blue Waters area of the park. Blue waters pitches benefits from their own allocated parking space next to the vans and mains gas supply (no need to purchase bottles gas or worry about running out).

With a modern decor, open plan living space, central heating, double glazing, and a top of the range air-conditioning unit in the living room area, this really is a beautiful caravan.

The main living area is open-plan with a lounge, kitchen and dining area. The living room seating is a two seater sofa that pulls out into a double bed and two swivel armchairs.

The french doors open onto an enclosed decking at the front of the caravan, with a coffee table and chairs. This wrap around decking then leads all the way down the side of the caravan to a large decking entertainment area at the rear which overlooks the sports field. Perfect for relaxing with a cold drink on warm day!

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge freezer, a gas cooker with grill, gas hob with an extractor, microwave oven, sink and draining board. There is a round dining table with 4 chairs and a breakfast bar.

The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a bath, dressing table and large wardrobes and storage cupboards above the bed. The king size ottoman style bed also lifts up to reveal more storage underneath the bed.

The main bathroom has a modern look and feel with a large enclosed shower.
